Job Requirements：

1. Participate in the investigation and handling of laboratory OOT/OOS/AD.

2. Numbering, registration, review, and documentation of OOS/OOT/AD, changes, deviations, and CAPAs.

Participate in the investigation and handling of deviations from various departments.

4. Responsible for tracking changes in each department.

Responsible for the confirmation and implementation of corrective and preventive measures (CAPA) of each department.

Responsible for summarizing user complaints, making records, and reporting them in a timely manner.

Responsible for reviewing batch files (production records, inspection records) and finished product labels.
